Process mechanic for plastic injection molding - Vandenberg Village, United States - Horizon Innovations
Description
Your tasks:
- Independent setup, programming and monitoring of thermoplastic Sumitomo Demag injection molding machines and associated peripherals, such as Wittmann Battenfeld linear robots
- Monitoring and optimizing production processes. Identifying, locating and eliminating malfunctions
- Sampling of new and existing injection molding tools and materials - documentation
- Maintenance of injection molding tools, machines and peripherals
- Ensuring the required quality and quantity
- Compliance with delivery deadlines
Your profile:
- Completed training as a process mechanic for plastics technology or comparable training and professional experience in injection molding technology
- Independent and responsible work
- Experience in handling injection molding machines and linear robots, ideally Sumitomo Demag and Wittmann Battenfeld
- Team player with systematic, precise and independent work style
