    Job Summary

    As an Account Executive, you will be instrumental in showcasing our Genius Point of Sale solutions to small and mid-sized merchants. You will engage in fast-paced sales cycles, delivering compelling presentations both in person and over the phone. Reporting to a District Manager, you will receive hands-on coaching and support while you build solid relationships with clients and close deals.

    Compensation

    • Base salary range: $40,000-$50,000 per year.

    • Residual income: Earn ongoing monthly income from your built accounts.

    • Incentives: Monthly/quarterly bonuses for exceeding sales quotas.

    Annual On-Target Earnings (OTE): $90k-152k, depending on your performance and territory.

    Job Duties

    Your responsibilities include closing sales for our advanced business solutions. You will work collaboratively with your District Manager to set appointments with local business owners and utilize your personal network and referral partnerships to drive appointments. Every scheduled meeting is an opportunity for you to uncover client needs and deliver tailored Global Payments Point of Sale solutions.

    During your initial training period, your District Manager will assist you in learning our efficient sales process and familiarize you with our CRM platforms, Atlas and Salesforce, which are essential for lead generation, sales presentations, financial analysis, and seamless contract processing.

    Additional Responsibilities

    • Identify and prospect new clients.

    • Maintain accurate records for existing and prospective clients within the CRM system, adhering to all company policies.

    • Meet minimum production requirements, including setting a target number of first appointments to achieve your quota.

    • Stay informed of the latest product offerings and industry developments to effectively serve clients.

    • Participate in weekly team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions with your leader.

    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Must be 18 years or older.

    • A valid driver's license is required as this position involves regular travel to client sites.

    • Local residency relative to job posting location is essential.

    • Availability to work in the field at least 75% of the time.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • High school diploma or GED.

    • Two years of relevant experience is preferred.
