    Kitchen Konnections Palm Beach Gardens is seeking an experienced Kitchen Designer/Sales Representative for our showroom in Palm Beach Gardens.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Generating outside leads independently in addition to those we provide
    • Promptly contacts and tracks prospective customers received via different channels or in-person.
    • Conduct virtual and in person meetings with prospective customers, using the Kitchen Konnections sales process.
    • Creating proposals
    • Performs job site measuring and gathers the information necessary to create a cabinet layout, which meets the customer's needs.
    • Photographs the remodeling jobs that are being measured
    • Gathers information on all job-related products to provide a presentation to the customer.
    • Communicates necessary information to the managers to enable them to complete job-related orders.
    • Meet the installer at the jobsite or at the showroom prior to installation to go over and cover all necessary details.
    • Continue customer contact during the project and monitor all related activities.
    • Has a flexible work schedule to satisfy demand.
    • Maintain frequent, authentic communication with customers and coworkers.
    • Represent the brand and position yourself as the industry professional in the area.

    Qualifications
    The ideal candidate has:

    • 5+ years of sales experience
    • 5+ years of design experience
    • Works well independently and in a collaborative setting
    • Strong organizational skills and is highly self-motivated
    • Strong consultative sales style
    • The ability to complete work thoroughly within a given appointment time
    • Strong note taking and follow up skills
    • Outgoing driven personality with excellent interpersonal skills
    • Experience selling cabinetry and countertops.
    • 2020 Design Software Expertise
    • Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Experience using iPad/iPhone
    • The ability to read tape measure or use laser measuring device and measure space for design
    • Knowledge of all working area of a kitchen or bath project
