    We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our team You will oversee project field operations, including planning, scheduling, safety, subcontractor coordination, City inspections, and implementation. This is a full-time employment opportunity with benefits, however we are also interested in talking to 1099 consultants. 1099 consultants must have an existing registered company and meet the required qualifications.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
    • Manage, supervise, and coordinate all subcontractor and supplier activities
    • Interface with project inspectors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, utilities, and clients
    • Develop and maintain construction schedule
    • Issue RFI's and manage submittals
    • Quality control. Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
    • Responsible for project safety

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience as a construction superintendent/PM in commercial construction
    • Strong leadership qualities
    • Strong communication skills
    • Must be able to develop detailed construction schedules
    • Strong computer skills
    • Deadline and detail-oriented
    • Ground up wood framed construction a plus
    • Salary commensurate with experience, skills, education, and training

    We are looking for a Project Superintendent with a minimum of 5 years of direct construction experience working as a superintendent in Commercial Construction.

    The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, detailed, desire to take on responsibility and have strong organizational skills. Superior communication skills are needed to interface with agencies, owners', design teams, subcontractors and other team members. Strong knowledge of scheduling, blueprint reading, building codes, shop drawings, budget control, and construction sequencing. Intermediate computer skills on Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project. Primavera, SureTrak, and Timberline a plus.

    Salary commensurate with experience. We offer a competitive salary and benefit package including, health insurance, paid vacations, and bonuses.
