    We are looking for:
    Plant Process Engineer
    • Novecare Pasadena, TX A productive, highly organized candidate interested in process engineering Someone who will work well different departments and a variety of individualsWe count on you for: Maintain and improve process safety Support product quality Provide technical support to the operations and maintenance departments Drive continuous improvement of the process and plant systems Develop, support, and implement capital projects Industrialize new products and product transfers from other Syensqo sitesYou will bring: A BS in Chemical Engineering or equivalent technical discipline Minimum of 3 years plant experience in an engineering role Strong analytical and problem solving skills Strong interest in chemical manufacturing and process engineering Preferred Delta-V Batch Experience Strong organizational skills and high productivityYou can count on us for: Access to experts in controls, process technology, and chemistry Ability to gain experience in multiple plant engineering areas; process, controls, reliability, and projectsYou will get: Competitive salary and benefits package.
    The U.S.

    base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $80,560 to $100,700 per year Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range.

    Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
