- Develop, support, and implement capital projects
- Industrialize new products and product transfers from other Syensqo sites
- A BS in Chemical Engineering or equivalent technical discipline
- Minimum of 3 years plant experience in an engineering role
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong interest in chemical manufacturing and process engineering
- Preferred Delta-V Batch Experience
- Strong organizational skills and high productivity
- Access to experts in controls, process technology, and chemistry
- Ability to gain experience in multiple plant engineering areas; process, controls, reliability, and projects
- Competitive salary and benefits package.
- The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $80,560 to $100,700 per year Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
