In order to support approximately 1,250 projects annually from our partners in Africa, Asia, and Oceania, we rely on the support of donors in Germany.

Donor Service Officer (m/f/d):

We are looking for a Donor Service Officer (m/f/d) to join our team on March 1, 2023.

This is a part-time position (80%) in our Donor Service department, located in department S30/1 at the missio headquarters in Aachen.

Your responsibilities:

General written and telephone communication
Responding to and processing inquiries from our members, donors, volunteers, and parishes
Providing advice on all missio products
Maintaining donor database and digital archiving
Managing subscriptions to the missio magazine "kontinente"

Your qualifications:

Completed commercial training and relevant work experience
Willingness to work in a team and enthusiasm for the job
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Empathy and understanding for the concerns of our donors, members, and supporters
Strong service and quality orientation, as well as a structured work approach
Proficient in MS Office and databases
