    Team: 2 people. This Sr. Data Analyst and one Junior already in place. Both report to CTO.


    Archon Resources is looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to support the development and operation of our client's Marketing Analytics Service.

    This role demands technical prowess, strategic thinking, and communication skills to analyze digital marketing data and derive actionable insights. Key Responsibilities

    • Implement data collection strategies using tools like SpyFu, SEMRush, and Screaming Frog to enhance SEO and SEM initiatives.
    • Employ Tableau for advanced data visualization, creating accessible dashboards with strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
    • Conduct sophisticated data analysis using Excel, leveraging formulas, pivot tables, and macros to manipulate data and generate insights.
    • Develop and deliver comprehensive reports and presentations, effectively communicating data insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between data insights, business objectives, and client needs.
    • Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, data analysis tools, and techniques, maintaining product position at the forefront of technology and strategy.
    • Play a key role in the strategic development of the service, including scalability planning and enhancements.
    Required Skills And Qualifications

    • At least 5 years of experience in a data analyst role, with a preference for those with a digital marketing background.
    • Expertise in Excel and significant experience with data visualization tools, especially Tableau.
    • Demonstrated proficiency with SEO and SEM analysis tools (e.g., SpyFu, SEMRush, Screaming Frog).
    • Strong analytical capabilities, with an aptitude for interpreting complex data into actionable insights.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to present data and insights persuasively across various audiences.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • A strong commitment to continuous learning, adapting to new technologies, and staying current with digital marketing trends.
    Preferred Qualifications

    • Programming Proficiency:

    Strong proficiency in programming languages such as SQL for database management and queries and Python or R for advanced data analysis, machine learning model development, and automation tasks.


    • Digital Marketing Experience:

    Direct experience working within digital marketing teams, with a deep understanding of SEO and SEM strategies, tactics, and tools.

    Familiarity with digital marketing metrics and how to influence them through data-driven insights.

    • Project Management Skills:
    Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver results within tight deadlines. Experience with agile methodologies is a plus.

    • Data Management:
    Experience with data warehousing, data cleaning, and preprocessing techniques. Knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and familiarity with data integration tools.

    • Machine Learning and

    Predictive Analytics:

    Experience applying machine learning algorithms and predictive analytics to solve business problems, particularly in forecasting trends and consumer behavior analysis within digital marketing.


    • Communication and Leadership:
    Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to mentor junior analysts. Strong presentation skills, capable of explaining complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in an accessible and compelling manner.

    • Innovative Thinking:

    A track record of innovation in data analytics, demonstrating creative problem-solving skills and the ability to drive improvements in analytical methodologies, tools, and processes.


    • Certifications:

    Professional certifications in data analytics, digital marketing (Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.), or relevant software/tools (Certified Tableau Desktop Specialist, Python Certification, etc.) are advantageous.
