- Perform repairs and maintenance on vehicles including R&R, brake and suspension repairs, alignments, heating and AC diagnostics and repair, and some engine system troubleshooting.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with vehicles using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Complete preventative maintenance service such as: tune-ups, transmission services, coolant flushes and tire installation/repair to name a few.
- Assist Sr. A-Level Technician to gain experience, training and skillset knowledge.
- Communicate with management to explain diagnoses and recommended repairs.
- Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Work with other members of the team to ensure that repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Minimum of 3-years of experience working in a professional automotive repair setting.
- Experience with a variety of vehicles, including domestic and foreign models.
- Strong knowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- ASE certifications are not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have own tools.
