We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Field Technician I.

Position Overview:

As a Field Technician I at Bradford Construction Management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects.

This hybrid role requires a combination of technical servicing skills, carpentry expertise, and the ability to perform general labor tasks on job sites.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to both commercial and residential projects while upholding our company's high standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical servicing and maintenance
• Utilize carpentry skills to assist with various construction or repair projects as needed.
• Perform general labor tasks, including loading and unloading materials, site cleanup, and other duties to support project progress.
• Execute handyman fixes and repairs to ensure the functionality and aesthetics of completed projects.
• Collaborate effectively with project managers, supervisors, and other team members to achieve project objectives on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a technical servicing role, preferably in the construction or related industry.
• Proficiency in carpentry techniques and ability to work with various tools and materials.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality workmanship.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
• Ability to work independently and problemsolve effectively
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to different job sites as required.
