- Demonstrated ability of scaling a high-growth SaaS firm from $10M- $50M

- Strong leadership, coaching, and managing a high growth sales team
- Should be very strong with numbers and KPI's and in driving business to close
- Should have some exposure to M&A and be able to handle the flexible and agile type of business
- Needs to be a strong communicator and able to talk to board

- You will manage daily and weekly activities, pipeline analysis, and forecasting efforts to ensure a predictable top-line growth trajectory in line with company goals
- You will build, train, and manage a growing sales team with a hands-on approach
- You will determine the best sales team structure, goals, incentives, and headcount plan to deliver on business objectives and revenue goals
- You will improve the process of qualifying inbound leads and build an outbound lead generation strategy, team, and processes
- You will establish measurable success metrics and motivate the team to meet and exceed sales goals
- You will design compensation and incentive programs that engage and motivate the sales team while driving continual improvements in productivity
- You will operate as a player/coach to ensure a deep understanding of the Client's product, customers, and industry; operate as a lead on enterprise-level deals
- You will advise and partner with marketing to create strong brand awareness and lead generation
- You will work collaboratively with members of the leadership team to develop and enforce new processes that help drive business growth, performance, and efficiency
- You will build the client's customer portfolio to include enterprise-level accounts and strategic partnerships that drive business growth
- You will develop a strategy for participation in industry-specific trade shows and events, measuring ROI and producing quantifiable outcomes
- You will maintain and utilize deep software industry knowledge to drive decisions toward profitable growth
- Must have experience scaling a high growth sales team from $10M to $50M and beyond
- You will need 15+ years of demonstrated success in sales roles
- You have 7+ years of experience leading a growing sales organization
- SaaS experience required
- You have highly developed leadership skills with exceptional EQ, adept at building, leading, and motivating high-performance teams
- You have experience partnering closely with marketing leaders to drive business goals
- You possess excellent presentation & communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
