    Oversee the quality and financial outcomes for your facility.

    Lead a team of 30+ employees with multiple direct reports that you will work with daily to achieve facility based and company goals.

    Have an Assisted Living Administrator Certification in the State of Oregon and 2+ years' experience in a 40+ resident community as an Administrator.

    Have excellent computer skills, the ability to multi-task, a positive attitude and a high level of professionalism.
