- Lead the GEA physical security team to maintain high security standards across global facilities.
- Manage physical security projects, contract guard services, and enterprise security systems.
- Develop and uphold physical security standards to align with regulations and business policies.
- Maintain relationships with external partners and ensure compliance with security specifications.
- Prepare executive-level reports, track project objectives, and provide solutions for challenges.
- Contribute to security operations, crisis management, and training within the Global Security Team.
- Promote awareness and compliance with Physical Security Standards/Policy.
- Coordinate security system installations and replacements at GEA facilities.
- Conduct reviews of security plans for compliance and offer recommendations.
- Provide oversight on security operations, access control, and business continuity.
- Act as a subject matter expert on physical security matters.
- Lead security education initiatives and awareness programs.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure operational compliance.
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent advanced degree.
- Minimum 10 years of leadership experience.
- Minimum 5 years of security-related experience.
- Experience in managing security construction and oversight.
- Operational experience in security management, Law Enforcement, or military.
- Global experience in different settings.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Interpersonal, judgment, and leadership skills.
- Experience in crisis management and incident response.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Ability to work across cultures and time zones.
- Significant domestic and international travel required.
- US DoD Security Clearance eligibility.
- Experience managing budgets.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and can handle pressure.
- Understanding of security processes and terminology.
- High level of communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in strategic initiatives and project management.
- Security certification preferred.
- Cultural awareness and ability to operate in diverse environments.
