- Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
- Develop and manage SMS marketing strategies through Twilio Studio, ensuring personalized and timely communication,
- Create visually appealing email templates that align with our brand and engage our target audience
- Segment email and SMA list based on behavior, loan interests and cutomer journey stages
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on insights to improve engagement and conversions.
- Ensure all campaigns comply with legal regulations and best practices.

- Proven experience in email and SMS marketing, preferably in the Financial Services sector
- Strong knowledge of Mailchimp, Twilio Studio or similar platforms
- Excellent copywriting and design skills to craft engaging content and creatives.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to optimize campaign performance
- Knowledge of marketing regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, TCPA) and their application in financial service
- Self starter with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
