Job Description:

This position is for an engineering internship.

It is expected that applicants for this position are enrolled or expect to enroll in an engineering or technical program at a college or university and are looking to expand their knowledge and experience in their field of study.

Programs in the areas of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Controls Engineering, or programs in Mechatronics, Design, Robotics, or Manufacturing align well with

Intec Automation's core competencies and the products and services we offer to customers.

All duties and responsibilities will be performed in coordination with engineering department leads and will be developed for the specific knowledge and experience of the student.

Skills Required:

Strong desire to learn and contribute to the success of custom automation projects.

Education, Training, Professional Certifications, and Work Experience:

Enrolled in an engineering school in an appropriate & related field.
Experience in handson school programs or related work or lab experience is desired

Physical Demands:

Position will require time standing, sitting, walking, reaching, talking, and hearing.
Limited weightlifting can be expected but not expected to exceed 30 lbs.
