- Turning internet customer traffic into sales prospects using email and online live chat while creating a positive experience.
- Making outbound Calls and receiving inbound calls
- Informing customers of the new home builder's product, community offerings, and incentive opportunities.
- Qualifying prospective customers based on desired location(s), the timing of purchase, and availability of new homes.
- Setting appointments with customers to tours communities and specific models with the on-site sales representative.
- Professional Phone voice.
- Real Estate experience is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate
- Team Player
- Strong command of the English language with effective writing and communication skills.
- Intermediate computer and internet skills required
- Strong desire to learn.
- High school diploma or GED required
