- Drive membership sales through proactive outbound calls (typical outbound sales effort of calls/day)
- Manage and exceed all KidStrong sales and operational budgets effectively
- Coordinate sales processes and systems, with familiarity in relevant tools like ZenPlanner, Sales Messenger, HubSpot, Google Suite, and autodialer systems
- Collaborate with Operations Manager to ensure seamless observations, trials, and enrollments
- Prioritize timely responses to corporate/owner and client/lead requests
- Deliver exceptional customer service post-sale to maintain brand reputation
- Develop quarterly community engagement strategies to drive lead generation and brand visibility
- Proactively seek corporate partnerships and sales opportunities
- Attend team meetings and support center-level initiatives
- Work flexible hours to cover all days of the week based on center requirements
- 1+ years of outbound phone sales experience is highly preferred (calls/day)
- Experience in health, fitness, or hospitality sales is a plus
- Strong sales acumen and willingness to engage in outbound sales efforts
- Ability to act promptly during promotional periods to optimize returns
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive and innovative approach with a focus on leadership and excellence
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional conduct
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
- Prior experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is advantageous

KidStrong is expanding rapidly, and we are seeking dedicated professionals who are enthusiastic, passionate, and eager to positively impact the lives of parents and children.THE ROLE: The Sales Representative position involves driving sales for a set of KidStrong centers by engaging with potential clients/members. This role requires a deep understanding of the KidStrong brand and curriculum to meet and surpass sales targets. The Sales Representative must prioritize lead generation, follow-up meticulously, and maintain company-generated leads efficiently. Establishing partnerships through community engagement is crucial for building the lead pipeline. Effective communication with supported centers is key to ensuring new members have a seamless onboarding experience. Cultivating strong relationships with enrolled families is essential for retention and obtaining referrals.
This is not your typical 9 to 5 job. The Sales Representative will connect with parents during varying hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. The role involves a combination of remote (25%) and location-based work (75%), totaling 15-20 hours per week. Initial on-site training is mandatory for the first 30 days. Additionally, community outreach activities such as career fairs, event participation, and school visits are vital for promoting KidStrong. Flexibility in scheduling is necessary to accommodate center needs.
