- Lead day-to-day operations across inbound, outbound, and inventory control functions
- Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
- Manage and develop Operations Managers, Supervisors, and frontline teams
- Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to improve productivity, quality, and service levels
- Partner with site leadership to execute strategic initiatives and operational goals
- Support labor planning to align staffing with volume fluctuations and peak periods
- Ensure adherence to customer SLAs and operational performance metrics
- Lead continuous improvement efforts using Lean principles and best practices
- Identify process gaps and implement solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Support facility startup, transition, or expansion initiatives as needed
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field preferred — or equivalent leadership experience
- 7+ years of leadership experience in distribution, fulfillment, or 3PL operations
- 5+ years managing managers or multiple functional areas
- Experience in high-volume, fast-paced operations
- Strong analytical skills with experience using WMS, labor management systems, and KPI reporting
- Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and drive performance improvements
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills xhmxlyz
- Startup, site launch, or major operational transition experience
- Experience in e-commerce fulfillment or retail distribution
- Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement certifications
- Large-scale distribution facility
