Health Advocates Network is hiring a Medical Assistant (1 Year Exp Req) This is a full-time contract position at a nationally recognized hospitallocated in Hackensack, NJ.

Pay Rate: $25.50/hour
Shift: Days (8hrs)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Medical Assistant Qualification and Requirements:

Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S
High School diploma or equivalent
1+ years experience in a hospital, clinic, or medical office
Surgical experience required
Experience with scheduling appointments required
Experience with insurance verification and prior authorization required
EPIC experience required
American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Providers
Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)/ Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or equivalent.
Additional certifications may be required.
