Job Summary

Working under general supervision, this role involves offering basic medical support to physicians/providers and nurses. Responsibilities include preparing patients, taking vital signs, assisting with procedures, collecting lab samples, maintaining charts, and handling phone inquiries. The role also involves aiding patients and managing patient data using department-specific computer systems.

Requirements

This role requires a High School diploma (or equivalent), ideally with completion of an accredited Medical Assisting program and some on-the-job training. Bilingual skills are a plus.
