  • You have a degree in business or engineering
  • You have several years of leadership experience in a similar position
  • You have extensive experience working with large clients, particularly in the defence sector
  • You have knowledge of working with international and multifunctional teams
  • You are a communicative and strong leader
  • You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills
