Who are we looking for:
We are looking for a
Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for our client in Berlin to provide long-term support in full-time or part-time (minimum 30 hours/week) in the inbound department to assist customers in the utility sector.

- 2shift system between 7:00 am and 8:00 pm
Requirements:
You preferably have a commercial vocational training or relevant work experience in the commercial sector. Career starters are also welcome
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fluent in German
- Knowledge of SAP IS-U
- Work experience in the utility sector (gas/water/electricity)
- Customeroriented
