At timecon GmbH & Co. KG, we are a renowned personnel consulting firm specializing in the placement and provision of skilled and managerial professionals. Currently, we are seeking a Fiber Composite Specialist for an internationally operating company in the aerospace industry.

Your Responsibilities

You will manufacture and process components made of glass and carbon fibers using hand lamination and vacuum injection methods according to prescribed construction regulations and drawings.
You will perform repairs on GFK/CFK components and develop corresponding methods.
All repair work will be documented.
You will also be responsible for integration tasks to complete the repaired components.

Your Profile

Successfully completed vocational training as a process mechanic (m/f/d) for plastics and rubber with a focus on fiber composites or a comparable qualification with experience in the field of fiber composites.
Knowledge of drawings and their associated documents (e.g. construction regulations).
Proficient in common processing methods in fiber composite technology (hand lamination and vacuum injection) as well as repair methods.
Indepth understanding of occupational safety in relation to handling hazardous substances during component processing.
Highly flexible.
