    About the Role:

    Title: Director of Quality Assurance

    Job Overview:

    • 20+ years of experience in managing large complex programs within Quality Engineering.
    • Proven skills in designing and developing simple solutions to complex customer challenges.
    • Must have strong Banking domain experience.
    • Experienced in setting up Scaled Agile at the Portfolio & Solution Level
    • Conducted Scaled Agile ceremonies and tracked Program and Portfolio level status
    • Service industry/ Consulting experience - MUST

    Location : Dallas, TX (Hybrid - 3 days/week)

    Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $180,000to $200,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
