And we do this through the use of theater, health and job coaching, communication training, and all the tools of the trade.


To expand our team, we are looking for a qualified teacher for occupational German with DAZ certification (m/f/d) for our 12-month project "Nadiya" in Kassel, starting on May 27, 2024 for a full-time position of 40 hours per week.

The exact number of hours can be negotiated, and part-time is also possible if desired.

The position is initially limited until June 2, 2025 with the option for extension.

Your responsibilities as a teacher for occupational German (m/f/d):


  • Desired competencies:
  • Requirement: DAZ certification
  • Group lessons in online and inperson settings: occupational German, differentiated instruction
  • Support for the art/theater educator
  • Teamwork is essential, but also fun and enjoyable
  • Ability to work independently and flexibly
  • Ideally, knowledge of Ukrainian, Russian, and English (but not required)
