Job Description:

In this responsible position, you will independently and autonomously manage the operational business of our Hallstead, PA branch and report directly to the department/region management.

Independent and autonomous management of the operational business of the Hallstead, PA branch
Responsibility for revenue and results of the branch
Acquisition of new customers, expansion and development of existing customers
Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and monthly reporting to department management
Annual operational planning, creation of forecasts, and monitoring of business activities
Ensuring the profitability of the branch and supervised properties, including quality assurance of service delivery
Management of proposals and contracts
Supervision of employees, both professionally and disciplinarily

Qualifications:

Successfully completed business education, preferably a degree in economics, engineering, or business administration
First professional experience in a commercial leadership position, preferably in the facility management industry
Indepth experience in holistic facility management
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Dynamics)
Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, as well as a selfmotivated and dedicated work style
High level of commitment, communication skills, and team spirit
Leadership personality with the ability to inspire and retain employees
