    Currently, we're hiring LVNs to work in correctional facilities in Gatesville, Texas.


    Correctional Nurse Contract Details:

    • Position: LVN
    • Correctional Nursing
    - $1398-$1520 per week
    Contract Length: 13 week contracts with block booking

    • AM Shifts
    • 36/48 rotation
    • July Orientation
    • Various unit security levels available for travel Correctional Nurse contracts in Texas
    • LVNs have the option to stay where they are or move to a new location when extending their Correctional Nursing contract with SHC
    • Duties will include but are not limited to medication administration, immunizations, admissions, and emergency first aid
    • Travel pay packages including housing and meals allowance are available

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 1 year of LVN experience
    • IV Certification
    • Previous nursing experience in a corrections setting is preferred
    • Active TX or compact state nursing license
    • American Heart Association BLS

    Supplemental Health Care will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable local, state, or federal law.
