We are currently looking for a Chef de Partie (m/f/d) to join our team at Hotel Edita in Belpre, either immediately or by arrangement, in a full-time or part-time position with additional benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Independent work on various stations in the kitchen
- Compliance with HACCP guidelines
- Mise en place activities for the á la carte business
- Co-responsibility for optimal procurement of goods and their storage
- Creative involvement in menu design
Requirements:
- Professional training in the kitchen
- Responsible, organized, and clean work ethic
- Passion for high-quality products
- Enjoyment of teamwork and a "Yes we can" mentality
What we offer:
- 5 days/week, 4 days/week, or 3 days/week schedule options
- Additional pay for night, Sunday, and holiday work
- 27 vacation days per year
