Your Responsibilities
- Operate advanced production equipment in metal processing
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensure equipment availability
- Adhere to and ensure compliance with work preparation and safety guidelines
- Responsible for quality and sustainable increase of equipment efficiency
- Perform maintenance on machines and tools
- Enter data in SAP and BDE, transmit measurement data
- Optimize production process, support continuous improvement initiatives, participate in projects
- Contribute to the transition of new products into serial production
- Monitor and optimize quality
- Train apprentices and new employees
Your Profile
- Successfully completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician or equivalent qualification
- Experience in setting up/operating production machinery preferred
- Willingness to work shifts and overtime
- High level of flexibility, commitment and reliability
- Communication skills
- Proactivity, teamwork and assertiveness
- Good computer skills (SAP, BDE) and
