Your Responsibilities
As a Controller, you will provide all necessary data for planning, controlling, and monitoring our company

Your main tasks include:
Cost accounting and cost management

Create ongoing calculations for full costs per order
Create full cost accounting for the entire company
Implement full cost accounting in ES Office and transfer to Datev
Determine calculated hourly rates
Implement cost concept into automation
Create reports for project managers, projects, and clients
Continuously evaluate semifinished products

Corporate planning and budgeting

Create balance sheet forecast
Create liquidity forecast

Annual financial statement analysis and reporting

Full cost accounting for the entire company per year
Create annual reports for project managers
Create performancebased bonuses and key figures
Create key figures and business evaluations
Prepare a summary for auditors, i.e. written analysis of key figures

Your Qualifications
You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on controlling. You are fluent in German.
