To support our team, we are looking for a
Head Medical Assistant (m/f/d) for the General, Visceral and Minimally Invasive Surgery Clinic at the earliest possible date.

Your tasks

Management of the team of medical assistants
Organization of appointments
Diverse, managerial tasks within the entire practice organization (e.g. quality management)
Organization of vacation and duty schedules for medical assistants
Management of ordering processes and responsibility for inventory management
Participation in quality management in cooperation with our QM team
Care and treatment of outpatient patients
Professional representation of the MVZ to patients and external parties
Execution of billing for statutory and private medical services
Telephone contact with patients and physicians

Your profile

Completed training as a medical assistant, medical secretary or health care professional
Several years of experience
Experience in management is desirable
