Concordia, NJ is a donation-funded organization for civilian search and rescue in the central Mediterranean. It was founded in Berlin in 2015 and has since rescued over 35,000 people from distress at sea.

Our vision is a world where the human rights of all are respected and no one has to drown while fleeing across the sea.


We are currently seeking a *Corporate Partnerships and Partnerships Officer* to join our fundraising team at our headquarters in Berlin, which consists of 30 employees.


Your role:


As the Corporate Partnerships and Partnerships Officer in the fundraising department, you will be responsible for the strategic development, implementation, acquisition, and management of corporate partnerships.

You will be the main point of contact and handle all aspects of these partnerships.

You will work closely with the Project Funding and Partnerships department and support them in the preparation of proposals and reports.

The fundraising team works closely with colleagues from the Finance, Public Relations, and Operations departments.


Your responsibilities:


  • Strategic development of the corporate partnerships sector.
  • Planning and operational implementation of necessary measures.
  • Coordination and responsibility for the corporate partnerships sector.
  • Management of necessary communication in collaboration with the Communications department.
  • Evaluation and measurement of the success of measures.
  • Support for the fundraising department, particularly in the area of project funding and partnerships.

Your profile:


  • You have experience in working and communicating with companies, and ideally in fundraising.
