About the Job:

• The Primary Care Physician (PCP) at ChenMed plays a critical role in improving patient outcomes and delivering exceptional care.
• The PCP focuses on coaching patients towards better health by setting and achieving health goals together.
• Responsibilities include simplifying action plans for patients and leading care teams towards performance goals.
• Metrics such as patient admissions/thousand, appointment slots allocation, patient experience, and clinical measures are used to track success and performance.

• Skills in self-care, Microsoft Office Suite, and a willingness to travel as needed.
• Fluency in English is a must, additional language skills are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships both internally and externally.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' clinical experience, 5 years preferred.
• Board eligibility and certification in relevant specialty.
• Proven track record in clinical leadership and delivering high-quality care.
• Experience in population risk management and interdisciplinary team collaboration.
• Active medical license and BLS certification required.
• Prior experience in primary care within a managed care delivery system preferred.
