Description
Salaried $45,000 per year | FT 1st Shift, Monday - Friday 7a-4p
The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of multiple programs and projects within the organization.
They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the organization's objectives.
Responsibilities :
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
Identify and manage project risks and issues
Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the organization's objectives
Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, schedules, and budgets
Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
Ensure that all project deliverables are of high quality
Facilitate project meetings and ensure that action items are completed on time
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in a related field
5+ years of experience in project management
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficient in project management software and tools
