We are currently looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our Seller Services team in Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting business development and compliance efforts.

This includes identifying new growth opportunities for Sellers, finding solutions to help them adopt our existing growth programs (such as FBA and PanEU), and ensuring compliance with new regulations that may impact their growth.

You will work closely with product, tax, finance, and legal teams to drive these initiatives forward.

Key responsibilities include:

Defining and driving new growth opportunities for German Sellers
Leading Seller engagement efforts to ensure compliance with regulations, coordinating with various teams such as tech, legal, tax, finance, and operations
Managing a team of approximately 15 subject matter experts across the EU to coordinate Seller engagement efforts for compliance
Collaborating with product teams to improve compliance roadmap based on feedback from Sellers
Providing regular updates to leadership on growth programs and compliance progress
