- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Sports Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Learning Experience Designer, Instructional Designer, or similar role, with a focus on designing learning experiences for adult learners.
- Strong expertise in conducting needs analyses, identifying learning objectives, and developing curriculum frameworks.
- Proficiency in instructional design methodologies, eLearning authoring tools, and multimedia content creation.
- Passion for sports and a deep understanding of the professional sports industry, including the roles and responsibilities of coaches and parents.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative mindset with a penchant for innovation and continuous improvement.

Description
Are you passionate about sports and education? Do you thrive on designing transformative learning experiences? We're seeking a dynamic Learning Experience Designer to assist our client in revolutionizing sports education for coaches and parents in the oldest professional athletic organizations.
As a Learning Experience Designer, you'll be the visionary behind crafting engaging and impactful learning experiences tailored specifically for coaches and parents. As the first phase of this project, you will encompass conducting comprehensive needs analyses to identify gaps and opportunities in the existing training and create a plan to move forward.
Qualifications:
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: The first phase (Needs Analysis) is estimated to be roughly 100 hours.
Hours: Flexible but must be available during the standard business day
Location: Virtual with a possible need to travel one time.
