- Work with cross functional leadership (product, engineering and customers) to create user journeys, product designs and iterate based on user feedback.
- Design conceptual wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, information architecture diagrams, interaction specifications, and functional prototypes
- Lead complex design products across different product development life cycles.
- Create elegant design experiences, from concept to launch.
- Design deliverables for Modern POS on iPhone and iPad.
- Able to function independently in a team environment with solid collaboration skills.
- Experience with design and technical considerations for various mobile form factors and applied approach to iterative design.
- 5-7 years of experience in product design involving interaction and visual design.
- Expert level skills in one of the design tools Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Invision and Sketch or other relevant design tools.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in an art and graphics design field.
- Prior experience working in retail, e-commerce or retail industry is a plus but not required.

We are looking for an exceptional interaction and visual designer who works well with clients & stakeholders in a fast moving startup environment. You have a strong portfolio that showcases the breadth of your work with details of your role on each project—from the initial concept to design delivery. In addition to doing the detailed work and coming up with new UX designs, this person should be a player-coach who can take on some workstream leadership.
