    About the Role:
    We are seeking a Tech Lead to steer the progression of our deep phenotyping machine learning system, genetic sequencing workflows, and patient intelligence platform.

    What You Will Do:
    - Design and implement software that delivers life-altering tests to patients with rare diseases
    - Create applications for identifying specific genetic conditions, offering patients various tests, and developing data products for patients, advocacy groups, and biopharma partners
    - Define technical direction, delegate responsibilities, and uphold software quality standards while owning features end to end
    - Contribute to both product frontend and backend development, driving groundbreaking technologies and fostering business growth

    Who You Are:
    Advanced experience in software development and recent leadership background overseeing a team of engineers are essential for success in this role. Your proficiency with Python (Flask), Typescript, React, Django, PostgreSQL, AWS, and Terraform will be pivotal in designing and constructing scalable systems used by external users.
