    Location Elkhart, IN

    Well established, growing organization with multiple distribution centers and a national customer base, has an opportunity for an individual with experience in supply chain management, process and analysis. The position will report to the Supply Chain Supervisor of a dynamic organization with excellent growth potential and a great culture.

    The ideal candidate must be a self-starter who can work with minimal direction; manage priorities and process; collaborate with multiple stakeholders; manage large volumes of product; and maintain excellent customer relationships through outstanding service. The organization has high transaction volume, a large customer base and a national distribution network.

    **Duties & Responsibilities:**

    Work with suppliers to determine minimum order quantities and lead times to meet on time delivery to customer destination.

    Monitor programs and work on a cross functional basis with Operations and Order Processing to ensure on time delivery targets are being met at the optimal cost. Review and monitor metrics related to On Time Delivery and Inventory Turns.

    Communicate with distribution centers as needed and provide support or information when necessary to make improvements to process or procedures.

    Initiate regular supplier and customer communication to ensure program objectives are being met.

    Develop or enhance reporting, forecasting and operational metrics for performance measurement.

    **Qualifications:**

    Minimum of a Bachelors degree in appropriate business area of expertise required. Logistics, Procurement or Supply Chain Management concentration preferred.

    Minimum 3 to 5 years Supply Chain Analyst, ideally in automotive parts or accessories. Purchasing experience a plus.

    Strong communication skills and ability to engage with both internal staff at all levels, as well as suppliers and external customers.

    Experience with MRP systems and Microsoft Office software - strong Excel skills

    Excellent attention to detail including data and numeric information.

    Self-motivated and energetic, with a positive work ethic.
