- Process weekly invoice volume, up to 200 per week.
- Proficient at processing transactions in multiple ERPs. D365, PRMS, T1.
- Maintain vendor account records.
- Monthly account reconciliations. AP subledger, Rec Goods Not Invoiced, Intercompany Transfer.
- Process weekly Payment Journals (Check, ACH, Wire, Credit Cards).
- Update vendors payment methods.
- Distribute weekly on hold reports, by COB every Monday.
- Contribute to department continuous improvement projects.
- Assist with annual audit requests.
- Ad hoc reporting.
- Associate degree in Accounting/Finance
- 3-5 years of relevant Accounts Payable experience in high volume ERP environment and experience with AP reconciliations.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office software (primarily Outlook, Excel and Word)
- Experience using multiple ERP systems
- Experience with "3 way match" principal
- Well developed written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional work ethic and desire to succeed

Responsible for accurate processing and timely payment of vendor invoices.
