    Description

    IT Help Desk Technician

    Summary:

    We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced IT Help Desk Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work from home, and have strong project coordination, organizational, and customer service skills, as well as experience with ZenDesk and general computer repair and networking.

    Responsibilities:

    • Schedule and coordinate with remote technicians to resolve break-fix tickets in a timely and efficient manner across the country.
    • Collect deliverables from technicians and ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards.
    • Manage and track IT projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
    • Create and maintain documentation of IT systems and procedures.
    • Work with other IT staff to ensure the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure.
    • Provide excellent customer service to users, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in IT support.
    • Experience with ZenDesk or a similar help desk ticketing system.
    • Strong project coordination, organizational, and customer service skills.
    • Basic understanding of computer repair and networking.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
