- Provide first-line support to end-users, resolving technical issues in a timely manner
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
- Assist with network connectivity issues and configure network equipment
- Maintain user accounts and permissions, ensuring data security and confidentiality
- Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems
- Support remote users by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for equipment repairs and warranty claims
- Maintain documentation of IT assets, software licenses, and user support requests
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred
- Proven experience as a Help Desk Technician or in a similar technical support role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Proficient in Microsoft operating systems, Office Suite, and help desk software
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
