If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a passionate and motivated YouTube Ads Specialist with a specific understanding of developing, implementing, and optimizing performance ad campaigns for YouTube

We are looking for someone that lives for 4X or better

Job Functions:

Primary responsibility is to generate a high volume of leads by settingup, managing, executing, and analyzing YouTube ad campaigns and budgets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to keep spend optimized for sales growth while reaching minimum established ROI goals of at least 4X or better.
Coordinate with content provider to calendar all required content for YouTube campaigns.
Ability to build and manage a significant six figure monthly budget.
Continuously ideate, implement, and measure results of A/B testing for both creatives and campaign targeting to optimize for conversions.
Perform regular tracking and analysis on the performance of each campaign. Prepare and deliver performance reports identifying successes and opportunities for improvement.
Analyze video performance using YouTube analytics and modify content strategy based on these insights.
Keeping track of what competitors are doing and how well it's working for them.
Manage and resolve any technical issues related to video uploads or channel management.

Qualifications:

YouTube ads experience (3 years minimum)
Deep understanding of YouTube's algorithm, best practices, and trends
Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Analytical mindset with high attention to detail
Deadline oriented, selfstarter who completes tasks autonomously.
Serviceoriented, collaborative disposition, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and balance work priorities
Strong management skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of products, excellent Excel skills, and Analytics skills

Pay:
Up to $70,000.00 per year
