We are looking for a passionate and motivated TikTok Ads Specialist with a specific understanding of developing, implementing, and optimizing performance ad campaigns for TikTok.

We are looking for someone that lives for 4X or better

Job Functions:

Develop, manage and execute multiple ad campaigns in TikTok, including but not limited to audience research, account setup, campaign configuration and implementation.
Measuring and reporting on the performance of all campaigns daily, weekly, and monthly; assessing against marketing goals (ROI and KPIs). Research industry trends and integrate technologies that could potentially drive lead conversion.
Continuously ideate, implement, and measure results of A/B testing for both creatives/copy and campaign targeting to optimize for engagement/conversions
Identify trends and insights and optimize spend based on performance.
Work with management to ensure the CRM's integration of new campaigns.
Primary responsibility is to generate a high volume of leads.
Coordinate with content provider to calendar all required content for TikTok campaigns.
Ability to build and manage a significant five figure monthly budget.

Qualifications:

Experience and proficiency in TikTok's paid advertising landscape.
Must have experience managing largevolume TikTok paid ad campaigns
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
Analytical mindset with high attention to detail
Deadline oriented, selfstarter who completes tasks autonomously
Problem solver through and through
Serviceoriented, collaborative disposition, and excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and balance work priorities
Strong management skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of products, excellent Excel skills, and Analytics skills
