    Description
    The HR Business Partner will collaborate with and assist employees and managers with HR related questions and issues.

    The HR Business Partner's main focus is recruitment but will also handle other key duties for the Human Resources department.

    This position is responsible for conducting new hire paperwork, orientation, and presentations, utilizing effective presentations and facilitation techniques.
    The


    HR Business Partner consistently looks to maximize use of existing technology to achieve increases in productivity, efficiency, and profitability of the Bank.

    Examines and suggests improvement for workflow processes.

    Essential Job Functions:
    Non-exempt and exempt recruitment.
    New hire on-boarding and orientation.
    Primary back up for payroll processing
    Ensures the accuracy of personnel files.
    Maintains the Bank's Affirmative Action Plan, completing mandatory reporting and compliance -EEO-1, Vets 100-A and Multiple Worksite Reports.
    Coordinates the NMLS licensing procedure to conform to the SAFE Act.
    Maintains the Annual Attestation License Verification (MVR)
    Maintaining the department's intranet site, recruitment page/job postings, the Employee Handbook and the Bank's compliance boards
    Manage Tuition Assistance Program and shadow days
    Positive contribution in a team environment.

    Education & Experience:
    B.S. Degree and 3+ years of related experience or 5+ related experienced required
