- Investigate claim status through online systems.
- Provide excellent customer service to all Medicare Advantage members.
- Assist with coverage and claims related questions.
- Accurately interpret benefits and policy provisions for all products.
- Conduct research and follow-up for prompt resolution.
- Work efficiently in a high volume call center while maintaining a professional, polite manner.
- 1 + years of call center experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Claims preferred.
