    Description

    Currently seeking Customer Service Representatives to join the team at a health care company in Salem, OR

    Job Description:

    • Answer calls from providers and assist with claim status and updates.
    • Investigate claim status through online systems.
    • Provide excellent customer service to all Medicare Advantage members.
    • Assist with coverage and claims related questions.
    • Accurately interpret benefits and policy provisions for all products.
    • Conduct research and follow-up for prompt resolution.
    • Work efficiently in a high volume call center while maintaining a professional, polite manner.

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • 1 + years of call center experience.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
    • Experience with Claims preferred.
