Our Team
We are located at 400 Highland Ave, Salem, MA. In this office, we evaluate and treat a range of urologic disorders in adult patients.

Our team is board certified and includes experts in mínimally-invasive surgical techniques, such as laparoscopic, endoscopic, extracorporeal and percutaneous approaches.


Urology Conditions Treated:

  • Benign prostatic hypertrophy
  • Bladder, kidney and ureter stones
  • Cancer of the bladder, kidney, prostate and testes
  • Erectile dysfunction/impotence
  • Male infertility
  • Urinary incontinence


Our employees may be asked to travel to other North Shore Physician Group Urology sites in Newburyport or Peabody during orientation (for training/precepting purposes) or during times of staffing shortages or other extenuating circumstances (for cross-coverage purposes).

General Overview
Our Patient Service Representatives play an integral part in the operations of our community-based physician practices.

Dedicated to administrative support, these Representatives serve as the gatekeepers of our practices and ensure that teams are delivering the highest quality experience that exceeds our patients' expectations.

We are looking for well-rounded customer service professionals who can multi-task, prioritize, and thrive in a high-volume outpatient setting

  • Leading up to the patient visit, Patient Service Representatives schedule all appointments.
  • During the patient's visit, the focus is checkin, which includes greeting patients, answering all of their questions, collecting copayments, and assisting with any previsit paperwork/forms.
  • At the conclusion of the visit, during checkout, Patient Service Representatives are tasked with the completion of forms and scheduling followup appointments, tests, and/or procedures.


Other duties include fielding all incoming telephone calls and triaging appropriately, monitoring patient flow and waiting room activity, and providing general support to practice leadership, clinicians, and peers.


Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience working in a communitybased medical practice preferred
  • Epic experience preferred
