Job Description

From day one, you actively support us in our daily business and learn about the tools, procedures, and processes of personnel work.
As a PreMaster, you independently work on projects in the area of employee recruitment and retention.
You support and assist in projects on current HR or digitalization topics and are responsible for their further development (e.g. personnel marketing, social media, process improvements, etc.).
You also implement the conception and organization of various events in the HR field with great commitment.
You also support us in optimizing HR instruments and processes with a focus on transformation and digitalization.
We rely on your creativity and flexibility in handling special projects.
Last but not least, you analyze and shape management reports.
