- In line product weight and temperature verification
- Ensure all pertinent paperwork is completed properly, neatly and turned in daily.
- Team member training on various policies and procedures including GMPs, SOPs and HACCP.
- Receives requisitions and reviews for proper codes and approval signatures.
- Assists in the production of food as needed and directed by Kitchen Manager and Supervisor
- Maintain all areas of work area ensuring that environment is free from any signs of potential pest evidence and or debris.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- HACCP/Servsafe certification preferred
- Experience working in high volume kitchen preferred
- Experience in recipe execution
- Experience in completing and reviewing documentation required
- Must speak, read and write English
- Must be flexible in challenging and complex work environment while firmly maintaining compliance and upholding standards
