We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable House Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a House Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in residential settings.

Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living areas
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
Launder linens and towels
Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
Assist with housekeeping management duties as assigned
Perform specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning or deep cleaning upon request
Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment

Skills:

Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles preferred
Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and techniques
Familiarity with carpet cleaning equipment and methods
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Basic cooking skills may be required for certain positions (e.g., hotel housekeeper)
Knowledge of residential cleaning products and techniques is a plus
Ability to sanitize surfaces effectively
